• Quality Guarantee: Since we use a print-on-demand model (Printful), we only offer returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
• Wrong Size: Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please refer to our size charts before ordering.
• How to Report a Problem: If your item is damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the product.
